Protocol interpretation and development of the initial steps of a coverage analysis

Analyzing workflows across various clients to identify escalation points
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data; communicating synthesized results to senior internal team members
Engaging in continuous improvement efforts to help solidify foundations for growth
Conducting metric analyses and distributing reports
Collaborating with internal team members during projects, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
Updating workplans to support overall project execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
2 to 3 years relevant workflow execution or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within research operations
Experience within clinical research or sponsored awards is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong written and verbal English skills
Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills; attentive to detail
Capable of maintaining a 3–4 hr overlap with US Eastern Time
Located in or near Bangalore; role requires individual in office
