Produce pixel-perfect designs and handoff documentation (specs, annotations, assets) to engineering; collaborate closely during implementation to ensure design fidelity.
Facilitate and lead design reviews, workshops, and critiques with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
5+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio covering websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
Expert proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and component libraries.
Strong visual, interaction, and information architecture skills.
Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into design improvements.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of frontend implementation constraints.
Experience in agile teams and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale and influence stakeholders.
