Maintain accurate financial records
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
Implement and maintain internal control systems
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
Establish and enforce accounting methods and policies
Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Ensure compliance with local tax laws in India
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing roles
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and Indian accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective time management and planning capabilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in preparing and analyzing complex financial reports and statements
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Dwarka, India
Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations
