Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with Indian accounting standards
Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets
Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including GST requirements specific to Indapur
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to drive informed business decisions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline financial processes
Stay up-to-date with changes in Indian financial regulations and accounting standards
Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns and statutory reports

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and GST regulations
Familiarity with local tax regulations specific to Indapur, India
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective time management and planning capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
