About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance the company's public image
Craft and distribute press releases, media statements, and other communications materials
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage media relationships
Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and other PR events
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management and logistics
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements for executives
Prepare and maintain various administrative reports and documents
Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external partners
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices in Mumbai
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in public relations and administrative roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PR software tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of media relations and corporate communications best practices
Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Mumbai, India
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
Accredited in Public Relations (APR) certification preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
