Role Overview
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support business decisions
- Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to solve data-driven problems
- Define and track key performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, strategy, or related roles
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools
- Knowledge of statistical analysis such as hypothesis testing and trend analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
