Role Overview
- Conducting ethical audits at factories, suppliers, and other facilities to ensure compliance with ethical standards, laws, and regulations.
- Preparing audit reports and communicating findings to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major
- Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI
- Work experience in 3rd party auditing
- Experience in Environmental Audit SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months.
- Have good command of English (spoken)
- Experience in conducting ethical audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Certification as a Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is mandatory.
