Role Overview
- Help drive the adoption and delivery of innovative digital solutions
- Lead the execution of digital initiatives from planning to rollout
- Support the onboarding of internal teams and external clients
- Monitor adoption and work with stakeholders to improve engagement
- Act as the key point of coordination between regional teams
- Understand operational needs and document requirements
- Track product usage and operational data
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support rollouts
- Engage directly with operational teams and auditors
Requirements
- Experience managing digital or technology projects in complex operational environments
- Comfortable working across regions and time zones
- Engage with clients and operational teams to drive adoption
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Agile or digital product delivery environments
- Experience in Food, Quality, Compliance, or TIC industries is a plus
