Evaluate the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, and assess the product quality and safety risks.
Your areas of attention will include Supplier and Sub-contractor Management, Incoming Material Control, Process Control, Warehousing, Quality Assurance Systems, and Productivity Improvement.
Analyze product defects reported by our clients, to determine the most probable root cause, and identify the origin of defects.
Implement practical and cost-effective actions at suppliers’ manufacturing sites, to help them improve and the next level, while leading to sensitive reduction of defect rates for our clients.
Represent both QIMA and our clients while dealing with suppliers, to create healthy and long-terms relationships between our clients and their trusted suppliers.
Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an intervention on-site can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients.
Requirements
A higher education degree in a Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering related major
Factory expertise in high-level Textile or Electronic Quality Management for International Suppliers or Brands.
At least 3 years practical experience in performing Quality Management audits (ISO9001, Brands Requirement) in Third Party and ability to perform Softline or hardline product inspections.
ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification and amfori QMI training certificate is a plus.
