Own annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and ongoing spend projections for Marketing and External Affairs.
Build and maintain accrual
and cash-based budget models.
Partner with leaders to manage budgets dynamically.
Deliver ROI and performance analyses tied to CAC, Magic Number, channel efficiency, attribution, and pricing.
Own budget vs. actuals reporting and support month-end close, accruals, and prepaids.
Support 13-week cash forecasting and headcount planning in partnership with HR and Recruiting.
Serve as the primary finance partner to Marketing and External Affairs leadership.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Public Accounting; Marketing/GTM experience preferred.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
Comfort managing complex OpEx budgets with shifting priorities.
Strong business judgment and ability to operate in ambiguity.
Clear, confident communicator with senior leaders and non-finance partners.
Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, and BI tools preferred.
