As a GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will create, own, and leverage a variety of financial forecasts, data sources, and tools to develop analytics, dashboards, tactical recommendations and core strategies to help drive critical business decisions and strategies across the revenue organization and Flock as a whole.
Understand sales data structure + Flock's GTM model.
Deeply understand the following models
targets, weekly scorecard, quota setting and more.
Start contributing immediately by completing basic data queries and understanding what questions we ask as a business.
Integrate yourself with Sales leaders and our Sales Operations team to understand the core problems they are facing.
Actively own core analyses and undertake ad-hoc projects as the DRI.
Fully ramped in terms of workload, having clear ownership over core analysis, and integrated fully into sprint planning and quarterly planning cycle.
Conduct detailed root cause analyses for various trends we are seeing in our business, with direct and actionable recommendations for taking advantage of your insights.
Requirements
BS/MS in a technical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent industry experience
Strong SQL skills (with a proven track record of data analytics-centric roles)
Python a plus but not a requirement
Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and conducting strategic assessments (ideally in a management consulting role) with material impact to an organization
Strong experience in Tableau, Looker, or comparable Data visualization tools
Ability to communicate and drive for solutions to complex and abstract problems
Strong experience with Salesforce
Experience working directly with C-suite executives with little to zero oversight
Experience with Revenue, Sales, and Finance analytics
Experience with Sigma Computing, Clari, and Atrium is a plus
