Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities related to agent performance, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
Partner with agency leaders, enablement teams, and engineers to define data requirements that support improvements in agent workflows and customer experience.
Work closely with agency teams to design, run, and analyze experiments, ensuring methodological rigor and actionable results.
Deliver optimization insights for ongoing initiatives through ad-hoc analysis and intuitive performance dashboards.
Monitor key agency metrics, KPIs, and customer behavior trends to proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data into understandable and actionable stories.
Requirements
5+ years of professional (or comparable) analyst experience
Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, with Python knowledge being a plus
Experience with BI platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Hex)
Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving, with a history of delivering data-driven solutions
Familiarity with agency analytics and experimentation methodologies
Knowledge of the insurance industry, including familiarity with insurance products and related data analysis is a plus
