Support the setup, testing, QA, and launch of multichannel campaigns (email & on-platform communications)
Assist in building and managing segments, catalogs, and audiences for CRM campaigns
Help prepare performance data and contribute to the creation of campaign reports
Conduct quality assurance and testing of campaigns prior to launch
Maintain and update the campaign calendar, coordinating plans and readiness across the team
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable field, ideally from the 3rd semester onwards
Some practical experience in marketing or CRM is desirable
Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing
Structured, meticulous working style with strong attention to detail
Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude
Initial experience with email marketing tools such as Braze or similar platforms is an advantage but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
Previous experience from internships or working student positions is a plus
Availability of approximately 20 hours per week
