Role Overview
- Help drive product initiatives from idea to MVP and continuous improvement
- Work closely with customers to understand governance and decision-making needs
- Contribute to product priorities and outcome-driven roadmaps
- Collaborate daily with commercial, engineering and design teams
- Identify, explore and shape AI-assisted features that support better, faster, and more informed decisions
- Define and track success metrics for product improvements
- Support delivery of reliable, secure, and user-friendly SaaS solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role
- Experience with SaaS solutions and international scaling
- Experience with
- or strong interest in AI
- Curiosity about how technology can improve decision-making and collaboration
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Passion for building products users can trust and rely upon
