Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview

• Identify, lead, manage and contribute to projects including design, development, rebuilding, cost savings, process improvements, and documentation on new or existing production tooling, equipment, and processes.
• Direct and coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
• Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions.
• Review project designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and related specifications.
• Communicate and collaborate with production members, maintenance, tool room, engineering, and outside suppliers.
• Manage tooling and equipment projects, ensuring quality, cost, timing, and specification requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical engineering
• High competence with Microsoft Office and Solidworks CAD software packages
