Identify, lead, manage and contribute to projects including design, development, rebuilding, cost savings, process improvements, and documentation on new or existing production tooling, equipment, and processes.
Direct and coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions.
Review project designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and related specifications.
Communicate and collaborate with production members, maintenance, tool room, engineering, and outside suppliers.
Manage tooling and equipment projects, ensuring quality, cost, timing, and specification requirements are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2-5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical engineering
High competence with Microsoft Office and Solidworks CAD software packages
