Role Overview
- TMS migration: Contribute to the deployment of our new Training Management System (TMS)
- Electronic Signature deployment: Digitalize contractual processes across our learning pathways
- Learner Experience & Satisfaction: Implement tools to evaluate learner satisfaction and experience
- Electronic Document Management (EDM): Structure and secure digital archiving
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and propose automation solutions
- Change Management Support: Create training materials and support resources to help teams adopt new tools
Requirements
- You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HRIS, Digital Project Management, or Human Resources
- A first experience in digital project management (internship or work-study) is a plus
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with digital environments
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Quick to adapt to new business software (TMS, electronic signature, EDM)
- Curious, proactive and autonomous
