Build and enhance MTS: design, develop, and optimize components within ACI MTS — routing rules, adapters, UPF logic, transformation engines, and transaction workflows; monitor deployments via Platform Manager
Responsible for cross-border message delivery: implement transformations for SWIFT MT (MT103/202), CHIPS ISO and FED ISO20022 (pacs/pain/camt) with robust XML/XSLT/XSD mapping, schema validation, and enrichment
Engineering development in Java and mainframe COBOL; write clean SQL; design resilient integration services; integrate and troubleshoot with IBM MQ
Production on-call: prioritize and resolve production issues — read and interpret logs, identify errors/exceptions, determine root causes and implement stable hotfixes with a zero-defect mindset
Dev→QA workflow: orchestrate code promotion from Dev → QA → Prod using GitHub/GitBucket (branching, merging, and version-control best practices)
Web components: contribute to web development (UI flows, service integrations/portals) as needed for continuous delivery
Excellence in practice: use Linux/Unix, PuTTY, and shell scripting for environment checks, log analysis, file movement, and automation
Agile in action: actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives); track stories/defects in Jira and collaborate closely with QA, BA, and client stakeholders

4–10 years of hands-on experience in banking/payments, with a strong focus on high-volume domestic and cross-border payment transactions
Proven expertise in ACI MTS (Control Center, routing, transformations, integrations) and Platform Manager
Deep knowledge of SWIFT MT, CHIPS ISO, and FED ISO20022 standards
Strong programming skills: Java (Core/Integration), mainframe COBOL, XML/XSLT/XSD/XPath, and SQL
Familiarity with IBM MQ (queue processing, diagnostics) and UPF configuration
Production support experience: log review, exception analysis, rapid remediation, and post-incident stabilization
Practical experience with GitHub/GitBucket for version control and release readiness
Basic web development skills (UI/service integrations)
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills and a results-oriented mindset
