Promote the full range of energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions to large accounts
Support industrial and commercial (tertiary) clients in identifying their needs for process improvements
Manage and retain the existing client portfolio
Grow the large-account client portfolio through prospecting and qualification
Analyze client needs and propose tailored service/product offerings
Prepare technical and financial proposals
Manage client projects through to contract signature and project implementation
Help identify new tender opportunities
Prepare presentations and defend proposals to decision-makers
Identify key accounts and stakeholders to develop new partnerships
Requirements
Degree in business, engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the energy, environment, or construction sectors
Technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: refrigeration, HVAC, BMS (building management systems), energy procurement, geothermal, etc.
Knowledge of the energy market (competition, pricing, regulation, etc.)
Ability to track and manage prospects and existing clients in an organized, structured way using Helexia's CRM
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and negotiation abilities
Experience in energy services or real estate/construction is a strong plus
