Own the pipeline: manage the design backlog end to end, from prioritisation and capacity planning to cross-team alignment;
Evolve the system: maintain and advance the design system so patterns stay relevant, scalable, and consistently adopted;
Design with AI: integrate AI deeply into product flows as a core experience, not an add-on;
Apply gamification: use gamification mechanics and user psychology to build engaging, behaviour-shaping experiences;
Think deeply: apply strong critical thinking, user insight, and market awareness to guide product decisions.
Requirements
A strong candidate has 5+ years of experience working on world-class B2C product;
Proven experience leading a Design Team of 5+ people, with a track record of growing and empowering talent;
Strong expertise in building, scaling, and optimizing Product Design processes across squads and cross-functional teams;
High emotional intelligence, deep empathy, and a genuine passion for developing designers through thoughtful, systematic team leadership;
Experience with Health & Fitness apps is a nice plus;
Proficient in leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions;
Strong skills in modern mobile product design, with a focus on AI integration and gamification;
A data-driven mindset with a passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement.
