Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured assembled parts
Conduct receiving inspections on vendor parts and First Article Inspections
Navigate and utilize SAP to perform essential duties
Read and interpret product drawings to perform inspections
Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement inspections
Approve in-process production by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement inspections
Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement inspections
Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste
Control and maintain personal inspection equipment to ensure proper use and calibration
Communicate required adjustments with appropriate departments to resolve documentation, hardware, and assembly nonconformance issues
Assist ISO Program Coordinator
Accomplish quality and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum of (5) years related manufacturing experience
Experience in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control field
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and metric equivalents
Ability to read tape measure, calipers, etc.
Ability to apply sound judgment to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form
