Role Overview
Build and optimize our organic search program, including technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building to improve rankings and capture high-intent traffic.
Develop and execute our AI search visibility strategy.
Research and optimize how Paligo is cited and recommended through Google, Claude, ChatGPt etc.
Run paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads.
Manage budgets, optimize bids, and drive efficient cost-per-lead.
Manage and develop affiliate partnerships with industry influencers and organizations.
Own Paligo's website end to end. Build and optimize pages, improve conversion rates, and continuously test and iterate to turn traffic into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Shape the on-site experience in collaboration with Digital Design, from landing pages to CTAs over the entire visitor journey.
Measure what matters: report on performance across all channels, build attribution models, and use data to prioritize where to invest next.
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including proven results in driving traffic growth and improving conversion rates.
Expertise in SEO and SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) for B2B audiences.
Strong analytical and action-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot reporting, and campaign attribution data to make decisions.
Working proficiency in WordPress (or similar CMS) for building and optimizing web pages.
A genuine curiosity about how AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini are reshaping how B2B buyers discover and evaluate software, and a drive to turn that understanding into competitive advantage.
