Lead knowledge transfer activities for the EHR platform supporting healthcare operations.
Document system architecture, business processes, and clinical workflows related to medical health records.
Develop comprehensive knowledge repositories, including process maps and technical guides.
Analyze and document requirements related to Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Facilitate workshops with clinical and operational stakeholders to capture workflows and system dependencies.
Translate healthcare operational needs into clear functional specifications.
Develop detailed business process models using BPMN.
Create process flow diagrams and operational models to represent clinical and administrative processes.
Ensure process documentation supports effective knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
Support mapping of clinical processes to system capabilities.

5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with senior-level exposure to enterprise IT solutions.
Proven experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
Strong understanding of medical health record processes and clinical workflows.
Experience in knowledge transfer, system documentation, and operational transition.
Ability to write and understand process flow diagrams.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or digital health programs.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR (Good to have).
Background in health informatics or digital health systems (Must Have).
Certification in Business Analysis or Health Informatics (e.g., Australasian Institute of Digital Health CHIA certification) (Good to have).
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
