About this role
Role Overview
Support the global Sales organization through robust application management and targeted process and system consulting
Analyze and optimize Sales processes in close collaboration with the business units
Define and document change requests and support implementation with internal and external partners
Identify upcoming business needs and contribute to forward‑looking solution design
Prepare workshops, decision papers, and cross‑functional alignments
Analyze and resolve incidents, including root‑cause analysis and validation testing
Manage and support Sales applications (ERP/CRM), including basic configuration and ensuring system stability
Coordinate interfaces and external service providers
Support release activities, testing cycles, and quality assurance
Ensure active, transparent communication with the business, the ISM team, and external stakeholders
Facilitate meetings, moderate discussions, and manage escalations when required
Onboard new employees and deliver user training for Sales applications and processes
Produce concise documentation for processes, systems, and changes
Requirements
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable qualification
Experience in IT project management and Sales‑related ERP/CRM modules (ideally IFS and Dynamics 365)
Alternatively: experience in a Sales role within an industrial or machinery environment
Understanding of core Sales processes (Lead‑to‑Order, quotations, pricing, installed base)
Ability to analyze incidents, drive changes, and work in an analytical manner
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a structured and independent working style
Good English skills are required
Confident use of modern collaboration and documentation tools
