Requirements
Associate degree (Bac+2) or equivalent in administration, payroll or HR
Prior experience in payroll, temporary staffing or a similar environment
Ability to manage high volumes and stay on course during close periods
Clear and composed communication, including remote communication
Service-oriented, diplomatic and responsible
Autonomous, organized and able to prioritize without sacrificing quality
Comfortable with digital tools and paperless processes
Knowledge of the construction industry (BTP) is a real plus
