Leading the design of branding projects through conception, execution, and delivery
Creating well-articulated design concepts
Scaling concepts across a wide range of digital and physical outputs
Defining design systems and guidelines
Managing the quality of design from initial concept through to production
Presenting work internally and to clients
Sourcing and collaborating with talented partners (e.g., creative developers, animators, photographers, filmmakers, sound designers) to enhance the quality of the work
Requirements
5+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus)
Keen understanding of screen-based brand expressions
Demonstrated expertise in developing design systems
Proficiency in Art Direction
Ability to articulate and present brand work to internal teams and clients in a confident and coherent manner
Ability to work independently and proactively within a transdisciplinary team
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion graphics, generative tools and/or 3D design is a plus
