About this role
Role Overview
- Provide functional support for applications
- Track and manage incidents and problems
- Resolve incidents
- Coordinate and manage acceptance testing with external clients
- Implement automation mechanisms for recurring and complex tasks
- Participate in defining and implementing team performance indicators
- Contribute to the formalization and documentation of our support processes
- Perform production deployments
- Provide on-call support as required
- Handle alerts in accordance with applicable service-level agreements
- Ensure production quality
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university
- Prior significant experience in application support and supervision
- Proficiency with operating systems: Linux and Windows
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL/MariaDB
- Middleware and application servers: Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, WildFly, RabbitMQ
- Scripting: Shell (bash), SQL
- Monitoring: Nagios / Centreon
- Ability to work independently, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical capabilities
