Role Overview
- Maintain the stability and availability of production systems
- Analyze codebases (PHP / SQL)
- Resolve production incidents
- Optimize code, applications, and database queries
- Conduct disaster recovery drills and load testing
- Set up and improve monitoring and observability tools
- Participate in improving cross-team processes and planning product requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with PHP, SQL, and OOP (SOLID principles required)
- Experience with distributed systems and message brokers (Kafka)
- Experience with asynchronous systems and understanding of data bus architecture
- Understanding of transactional systems (ACID principles)
- Knowledge of approaches for high-load modern web applications
- System administration experience is a plus
- Experience with Java and Go is a plus
- Ability to work in a team, defend your solutions, and accept constructive feedback.
