Role Overview
- Reviewing and inputting purchase orders and invoices
- Monitoring payments and reconcile bank & credit card statements
- Tracking treasury movements and contributing to cash flow visibility
- Assisting in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring
- Supporting quarter-end and year-end closing & reporting processes
- Collaborating with auditors on yearly audit
- Proposing and contributing to process improvements
- Involved in intercompany transactions and calculations
- Working closely with accounting teams on preparing annual accounts
- Helping implement new finance tools and digital solutions
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience in accounting
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal communication); good knowledge of German is a plus
- Proactive and organized with a strong sense of integrity
- Familiarity with IFRS is a nice to have
- Candidates must have the right to work in the EU.
