You’ll play a critical role at the heart of our six-person Strategy & Operations team, contributing to high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s future.
Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers on customer-facing strategic initiatives: such as onboarding workflows, remediation programs, or implementation playbooks.
Based on data insights, influence the rollout strategy of the client and its delivery through actionable recommendations.
Take full ownership of internal key cross-functional projects (e.g., new product launch, new operating model, expansion opportunities etc..)
Lead stakeholder coordination across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, etc.)
Identify risks and roadblocks early, propose mitigation plans, and keep leadership aligned through clear communication.
Collaborate with other team members on broader strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, org design, process improvement, or AI integration.
Break down complex, ambiguous business challenges into actionable insights and translate findings into clear recommendations.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Good command of SQL and prior experience with data analysis/BI tools.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in consulting or in a high-growth scale-up environment is highly desirable.
Fluency in English & French.
Experience leveraging AI to automate workflows and boost productivity would strengthen your application but isn't required.
