Design and own the agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solution end-to-end, including retrieval pipelines, tools, and orchestration layers.
Build and maintain Azure Agent Foundry environments to enable scalable and reliable deployment of GenAI applications.
Develop and optimize Python-based backend services powering RAG workloads.
Implement and refine vector-based retrieval, embeddings, chunking strategies, reranking, and hybrid search approaches.
Apply guardrails, grounding techniques, and hallucination-reduction methods to ensure safe and accurate GenAI behavior.
Work in an innovative and augmented manner, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and overall solution quality.

5+ years of experience in backend or cloud engineering
Strong hands-on exposure to GenAI systems
Deep practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search / Azure AI Search
Strong experience with vector stores and Python for backend development of RAG architectures
Solid understanding of embeddings, chunking methodologies, reranking mechanisms, and hybrid search patterns
Experience applying guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and grounding techniques for enterprise AI solutions
A proactive, innovative mindset and the ability to work in an augmented, AI-enhanced delivery model
