Role Overview
- Hardware development of RCS (Restraint Control Systems) products
- Analysis of customer specifications and applicable standards
- Performing worst-case analyses and DFMEA verification tests
- Collaborating with the CAD Designer for board routing
- Participating in debugging campaigns
- Designing prototype boards to test new concepts
- Maintaining required documentation (schematics, bill of materials)
- Participating in product industrialization and interfacing with other teams
Requirements
- Holder of an Engineering degree or Master’s in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in analog/digital electronic circuit design in the automotive sector
- Strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting electronic boards
- Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) design
- Techniques for minimizing electromagnetic emissions
- Simulation of electronic circuits using PSpice
- Design of switching power supplies and DC/DC converters
- Implementation of automotive communication protocols (CAN, SPI, PSI5, Ethernet)
- Performing signal integrity and power integrity simulations and tests
- Proficiency with software tools: PSpice, MATLAB, IQ-RM, Excel, Word, Altium
- Fluent in French and good command of English
