Role Overview
- Manage and grow the client portfolio
- Lead and develop a portfolio of existing clients
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Track projects and coordinate internal teams
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables
- Identify new commercial opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in account management or business development
- Strong knowledge of the agency ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable managing complex projects
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics sector (a plus)
