Production of quotes including correct parts and labour times required to ensure profitability, cost control and client satisfaction
Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment
Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation
Work in accordance with mandatory, health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements
Ensure contractual SLA and KPI’s are met
Consistently promote high standards through personal standards
Liaise with other departments, suppliers and other service providers
Maintaining site logbooks as required
Protect the company reputation by ensuring the company is always portrayed in a good light and carrying out any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to ensure the business can fulfil it’s moral, legal duties and obligations
Able to communicate efficiently with client and helpdesk and Account management team to any matter arising
Ensure equipment, tools, parts and company assets are calibrated, maintained and looked after in an appropriate manner
Be part of the out of hours call Rota on rotation
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
City & Guilds or equivalent approved apprenticeship
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
ECS Gold Card (Installation Electrician) or working towards
3-5 years’ experience in commercial building services or FM
City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection or working towards
Recognised Electrical Vehicle, Solar Panel or Battery Storage qualification
Previous LV AP appointment (Not Essential)
Recognised Level 1 or above in Thermography (Not Essential)
