Role Overview
- Own the full marketing ecosystem: brand, content, social, paid media, e-commerce, retention and international expansion
- Define and lead the multi-year marketing strategy aligned to revenue and enterprise value goals
- Strengthen performance marketing with disciplined CAC and contribution margin management
- Elevate lifecycle and retention into a true growth lever to increase LTV and reduce paid dependency
- Build repeatable content and creator systems across key social platforms
- Improve attribution, incrementality testing and KPI clarity
- Expand international demand in a structured and commercially sound way
- Build and lead a high-calibre marketing organization with clear operating cadence
Requirements
- Experience in wellness, lifestyle, personal development or founder-led businesses (highly relevant but not essential)
- Commercial fluency with P&Ls, LTV, CAC, MER and contribution margins
- Capable of presenting to board level
- Ability to bring structure, clarity and accountability to a growing organization
- Respect for the soul of the brand; sustainable expansion built on trust, quality and community.
