Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles
Oversee all aspects of accounting such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, project accounting, fixed assets, etc.
Support treasury processes
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
Actively support the local Finance Manager
Analyze and present financial data to senior management
Lead the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements
Coordinate with external auditors
Work closely with tax advisors and support internal audit activities
Champion the standardization and automation of financial processes

Proficiency in both French and English
A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience with ERP systems such as AX2012, Oracle OneStream, or similar
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an international company or multi-cultural environment
Demonstrated experience in leading projects and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
