Responsible for the operation and configuration of our cloud-centric product and service offerings within KAM
Developing and enhancing SaaS product offerings with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, observability, and overall, well‑architected principles
Managing and improving CI/CD platforms and pipelines, driving end‑to‑end automation across code build, testing, deployment, and broader software delivery lifecycles in collaboration with security engineering
Implementing automation for infrastructure, virtual machines, and containerized environments across multiple rapidly growing cloud platforms
Supporting the evolution of DevOps culture and practices within the organization
Managing, maintaining, and continuously improving operational runbooks and playbooks

Strong experience with public cloud computing, primarily Microsoft Azure, with beneficial knowledge of AWS to support multi-cloud environments
Solid skills in configuration management and infrastructure-as-code, with required expertise in Terraform/OpenTofu and additional value placed on tools such as Ansible, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Bicep
Excellent understanding of core infrastructure concepts including virtual machines, serverless compute, networking, storage, and databases
Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build/test automation, and tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, PowerShell, and Bash
Can manage containerised workloads using Azure Container Apps, AWS ECS, and Docker, with desirable experience in Kubernetes and Helm
Comfortable working remotely with occasional visits to the Olney office, collaborating effectively with east-coast US colleagues
Handling some on-call and out-of-hours responsibilities
