Onsite and remote technical support for executives and VIP users, ensuring priority, speed and excellence in service;
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SOFTWARE/APPLICATIONS on client devices (DESKTOPS, LAPTOPS, MOBILE DEVICES, and PRINTERS);
Hardware diagnosis and maintenance, including fault identification, parts replacement, and opening/follow-up of tickets with manufacturers or suppliers;
Reimaging and reinstallation of the approved Operating System, including driver configuration, security policies, and corporate applications;
Technical support during executive meetings, corporate events, and presentations, ensuring the proper functioning of audio, video, videoconferencing equipment, and connectivity;
Configuration of mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), including corporate accounts, email, applications, and security policies;
Proactive work to identify risks and propose improvements to the executive user experience;
Updating and documenting procedures in the Knowledge Base and ITSM/ticketing systems;
Monitoring and managing critical incidents until full resolution, maintaining clear communication with the VIP user;
Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information of senior management.
Requirements
Operating Systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11;
Support for desktop and laptop hardware;
Configuration of printers and peripherals;
Support for videoconferencing and collaboration tools;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365;

Support for iOS and Android;
Experience with Active Directory, basic networking, and VPN;
