Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in design (or a strong portfolio that says more than years ever could)
- A portfolio that shows:
- Clean, considered visual design
- Some understanding of product or UX thinking
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working across:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- An interest in:
- Startups
- Consumer products
- How design drives real-world behaviour
- Someone who:
- Moves fast
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Excited to grow
