Requirements
7+ years of experience in Sourcing or IT Procurement (HW, SW, SaaS and Cloud)
At least 2 years of proven success leading people
Hands-on experience managing strategic relationships and complex commercial models with Tier-1 technology vendors and hyperscalers (ie: AWS, GCP, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Proven experience managing and developing a team of 10 to 15 category managers and leaders across a global operating environment
A track record of leading high-stakes, multi-million dollar negotiations in the IT and Consulting space
Deep understanding of financial drivers (EBITDA) and how technology procurement impacts the bottom line
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Professional certifications (SCMP, CSCP, or CPSM) are highly valued
