Analyze key YouTube metrics and analytics, including AVD, CTR, Impressions, AVP, etc.
Study and ideate successful content storylines, styles, and strategies from competitors
Participate in leadership meetings to discuss storyboard progress, provide updates, and collaborate with team members

At least 3+ years of writing and/or leading a creative team
Experience and understanding in YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, Impressions, etc)
Great communication and activeness.
Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
Knowledge and understanding of Minecraft, social media and pop-culture trends.
Worked with major competitors in this industry previously (Mr. Beast, Prestonplayz, Craftee/LogDotZip, Bionic, xNestorio, Quiff, Donibobes, etc)
Experience in other Minecraft/YouTube industry-specific roles (Builder, Editor, Animator, Actor, etc)
