Proven experience in digital or marketing analytics consulting, working closely with clients
Highly self-driven and autonomous, taking full ownership of clients’ analytics development
Expert-level proficiency with web analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio
Experience in SEO and GEO
Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and translate analytics insights into measurable business value
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills – a true 'data translator'
A consultative, client-centric mindset and genuine passion for building long-term partnerships
Fluent in Finnish and English
