Requirements
Deep hands-on experience building and running services in .NET on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, storage, networking, identity), with solid CI/CD practices (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Polyglot mindset: comfortable picking up new languages/tools as required (PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, etc.), and working across APIs, UIs, data, and infra as the situation demands.
Operational excellence: strong grasp of reliability engineering, monitoring/metrics, incident management, and secure-by-default design.
Autonomy & ownership: proven track record operating as a self-starter who can manage priorities, communicate proactively, and deliver without heavy line management.
Customer-friendly communicator: able to collaborate with internal users, product teams, and engineers to keep services healthy and changes well-understood.
