Requirements
6+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record improving purchase funnels, attach rates, or post-purchase monetization for self-serve or product-led SaaS products.
Deep empathy for small business users and experience designing products for SMBs, solopreneurs, or individual business owners making high-consideration decisions.
Confident working across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration.
Comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar), and financial modeling.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing input from multiple stakeholders.
Data-driven, with the ability to define and track performance metrics, and use insights to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, matched with proficiency in modern prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) to communicate ideas effectively across stakeholders.
