Suggest and implement improvements in incident management processes and tools.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years of experience in software engineering.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge in Java.
Experience with debugging tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with incident management systems and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, PagerDuty).
Knowledge in database systems (mySQL).
Familiarity with cache systems (Redis, Memcached).
Understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations.
