About this role
Role Overview
- Design, develop and evolve product features (front-end and back-end)
- Integrate security best practices from the design phase
- Improve performance, accessibility and SEO
- Deploy frequently to production (CI/CD, continuous deployments)
- Work in an autonomous feature team (code + infrastructure + delivery)
- Listen to user feedback (monitoring, support)
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinement)
Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of development experience
- Product-minded (performance, SEO, conversion)
- Comfortable working in an autonomous team
- Strong team spirit, direct communicator, able to give and receive feedback
