Design and optimize analog state preparation protocols, including adiabatic, variational, counter-diabatic, and optimal-control approaches.
Conduct original research in quantum algorithms, quantum algorithm complexity, and quantum information theory.
Design and benchmark algorithmic primitives aligned with neutral-atom capabilities.
Collaborate with application teams to optimize performance under realistic architectural constraints.
Contribute to the software stack, including prototyping, maintaining, and improving libraries.
Document and publish results internally and externally, contributing to the company’s scientific visibility.
Keeping a regular technological watch.
Having an inventive activity in the scientific and technical fields related to the Company's research, products, technologies and markets; filing patents.
Requirements
PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline with specialization in quantum computing.
2-3+ Postdoctoral or industrial experience in quantum computing, especially in algorithm design.
Solid background in quantum mechanics and many-body physics or neutral atoms.
Familiarity with core numerical techniques (tensor networks, exact diagonalization).
Good programming skills in Python for scientific computing and algorithm development (NumPy/SciPy and JAX, PyTorch, or similar).
