Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media engagement and communities
- Strong ability to manage DMs and conversations at scale
- Deep understanding of Instagram / TikTok engagement dynamics
- Strong written communication and conversational tone
- Experience building authentic relationships with online audiences
- Ability to analyze engagement patterns and audience behavior
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced digital environment
