Ensure that the implementation of technical solutions for hydropower projects is as agreed and balanced with costs and customer needs.
Work closely with various stakeholders—including customers, contractors, and internal departments—to ensure successful project execution.
Lead overall design activities, monitor progress, and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage resource planning, schedules, and technical "freezing points" in cooperation with Project Managers.
Approve design documentation and ensure adherence to laws and standards.
Plan and participate in FAT/SAT testing and manage technical risks.

A strong technical background, preferably a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Several years of experience in lead engineering or similar senior positions.
Solid experience specifically within hydropower or other power plant environments.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD, Febdok).
Knowledge of relevant laws and standards (e.g., IEC, DOK80).
Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is considered a significant advantage.
