Collaborate with Product Owners to shape and prioritize the roadmap; translate high-level product vision into executable plans
Elicit, document, and refine business requirements using user stories, workflows, and data mapping techniques
Maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog; refine user stories in alignment with sprint goals and team capacity
Serve as a bridge between business, operations, and technical teams; manage stakeholder communications and expectations
Work alongside developers and QA during sprint activities; attend stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
Analyze data pipelines, outputs, and user behavior to inform product decisions and measure success

3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a data-centric or technology-focused organization
Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Exceptional analytical and documentation skills; experience with process modeling and data mapping
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and modern data ecosystems
Experience in regulatory, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments
Background in technical product management or systems analysis
Exposure to BI tools and data validation frameworks
