About this role
Role Overview
Define and communicate the eCommerce product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Build, manage, and prioritize the eCommerce product backlog based on business value, ROI, customer impact, and technical considerations.
Work with different stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure platform enhancements support commercial goals.
Support development teams throughout delivery: clarifying requirements, removing blockers, and validating completed work.
Use analytics, A/B testing, and user research insights to validate decisions and optimize key eCommerce conversion paths.
Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business expectations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner within eCommerce or digital consumer products.
Strong understanding of customer behavior, eCommerce funnels, checkout/payment flows and CRO best practices.
Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ceremonies, and best practices.
Good stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
Ability to convert complexity into clear requirements for technical and non‑technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Scrum/Product Owner certification is a plus.
